Inspired by luxury resorts around the world, this custom residence is organized around two courtyards and opens toward the lake through a sequence of layered indoor and outdoor spaces. An oversized covered living terrace recalls the scale and comfort of a tropical lanai, creating a protected outdoor room at the center of daily life.

An interior water court brings water directly into the architecture, adding reflection, movement, and a sense of coolness at the heart of the plan. Large lift-slide glass walls allow the primary entertaining spaces to open completely, extending the interiors into the courtyards, terraces, and landscape.

At the lakefront, a covered pool pavilion and private sandy beach frame the view across the water and establish a final threshold between the residence and the lake beyond.

Resort-style amenities are integrated throughout the property, including a grotto bath and shower, sculpture pavilion, private guest bungalow, and four-slip boathouse. Together, they create a residence conceived less as a collection of rooms and more as a private waterfront resort shaped by water, landscape, and outdoor living.
