Landscape Guidelines
Along with the Community Guidelines and Architectural Guidelines, a complete set of Landscape Guidelines were established for Waterstone. Landscape plant palettes, species, arrangement, drainage, hardscape, walls, and materials are specified and designed with the overall community’s sense of place.
